Job summary

Onward Rides is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Health Systems and PACE, fully remote across the United States. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract execution, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and consultative healthcare sales.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in B2B healthcare sales, SAAS experience, and a proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder deals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B healthcare sales or business development.
• Experience selling SAAS products (health systems, PACE, payers, or care coordination preferred).
• Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder deals from discovery to close.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle for Health Systems, Hospitals, and PACE programs.
• Develop outreach strategies, value propositions and customized presentations.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs, develop pricing models, negotiate terms with leadership and legal.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline and consistently meet revenue targets.
• Define and own the sales-to-Customer Success handoff, ensuring smooth post-sale handoff.
• Lead kickoff meetings and early implementation steps with internal teams.
