• Proven to work independently, manage competing priorities, solve moderately complex communication challenges, and guide others through decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop patient-facing communications strategies to support retention and care quality improvements, including onboarding and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate communication plans across multiple stakeholders, programs, markets, and patient touchpoints for consistency.
• Lead strategic planning discussions to set objectives, audiences, roles, timelines, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with clinical/operational experts to translate health information into patient-friendly content with clear actions.
• Oversee development, review, approval, scheduling, and distribution of email communications.
• Ensure content meets legal, compliance, brand, accessibility, and health literacy standards.
• Partner with internal teams and external partners on email design, targeting, testing, deployment, and reporting.
• Monitor campaign performance using delivery, engagement, and patient action metrics.
• Evaluate results and propose improvements for future strategies.
• Maintain templates, content standards, and review processes.
