Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a Senior Communications Specialist to lead annual development of the HEDIS Provider Toolkit and related communications. This fully remote, nationwide role involves shaping member/provider materials, ensuring readability and accurate translations, and coordinating with printers and vendors.

The candidate will partner with Health Plans, Compliance, and Marketing to navigate approvals, while maintaining strong internal relationships and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials that support the communication plan to members and providers.
• Design, review, and revise health-related materials for members and providers; ensure content readability and translations.
• Maintain contacts with printers, graphic artists, and other vendors.
• Track and provide status of ICs, Business Owner, and Regulatory approvals.
• Foster strong relationships with business partners and internal communications teams.
• Manage communications through compliance approval processes with Health Plans, Compliance, Marketing and other stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
