Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior Interoperability Architect based in the United States to shape standards and architecture for secure, reliable health information exchange across healthcare ecosystems.

You will lead interoperability specifications, including HL7 V2, C-CDA, and FHIR, while collaborating with federal partners, community providers, and architecture teams within a SAFe Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and governing interoperability specifications such as data models, profiles, or implementation guides.
• Experience with HL7 V2, C-CDA, and FHIR specifications in production environments.
• Ability to turn complex interoperability concepts into practical technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interoperability specifications for healthcare information exchange.
• Analyze standards and requirements to recommend interoperability approaches.
• Design standards-based solutions using HL7 V2, C-CDA, and FHIR.
• Define specifications for exchange with community care providers and federal partners.
• Lead discovery, prototyping, and testing for emerging interoperability needs.
