Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Healthcare Interoperability & Clinical Data Specialist based in the United States. The role handles onboarding, transforming, validating, and supporting clinical data from diverse sources, leveraging CCD/C-CDA, HL7, FHIR, and REST APIs to make complex clinical information usable and reliable.

You will collaborate across technical, clinical, and business teams to resolve integration challenges and establish reliable data pipelines, developing Python and SQL utilities for

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years working with healthcare data and interoperability.
• Hands-on experience with CCD/C-CDA, XML structures and coding systems.
• Experience with FHIR resources, REST APIs, JSON/XML representations.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for large-scale data processing.
• Knowledge of HL7, CCD/CCD, FHIR, APIs and common terminologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret clinical data from CCD/C-CDA, FHIR, HL7 and API exchanges.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain parsing, normalization, transformation, and validation processes.
• Map data elements to normalized internal models and FHIR resources.
• Lead onboarding of new clinical data sources and validate production readiness.
• Create automated data quality checks and reconciliation workflows.
• Investigate issues and coordinate resolution with vendors and stakeholders.
• Develop Python and SQL utilities for profiling, parsing, and large-scale analysis.
• Work with REST APIs to retrieve and transform clinical data and terminologies.
• Analyze documents and sections for quality reporting and analytics use cases.
• Maintain data inventories, dictionaries, and mapping documents.
