Job summary
HCSC is seeking a Sr Sales Executive to drive sales across a portfolio of health, life and ancillary insurance products in the Southern Illinois and St. Louis region with nationwide remote options.
You will build and expand broker relationships, educate and consult brokers, identify growth opportunities, and consistently meet sales targets while traveling as needed within the territory.
Qualifications
- Must have State Insurance License.
- 6 years experience selling health insurance products with a successful record.
- Thorough knowledge of and experience with group managed health care plans.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to present to groups and brokers.
- Detail oriented; customer service oriented.
- Leadership and mentoring skills.
- Must be able to travel, including overnight stays within assigned region as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales results across a defined portfolio of health, life and ancillary insurance products.
- Build, manage, and expand key broker relationships; educate and consult brokers to support sales.
- Identify territory growth opportunities and consistently achieve assigned sales goals.
