Job summary

Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a Senior Research Analyst II or higher, remote-based, to support epidemiologic and health policy research. You will work with lead investigators to design analyses, develop SAS code, prepare manuscripts, and present results to diverse audiences.

The role requires a Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field with 4+ years of statistical programming experience and mentoring abilities. Collaboration with external investigators is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, economics, public health, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience with statistical programming.
• Strong knowledge of health care statistics and analytical methods, including survival analysis.
• Excellent written and oral communication; mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research development with lead investigators and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Design analytical approaches for specific research questions.
• Develop SAS code and verify accuracy of analyses.
• Prepare epidemiologic and health policy papers and presentations.
• Mentor junior analysts and help lead subprojects with investigators.
• Present results to biostatisticians, clinicians, and sponsors.
• Attend committees, conferences, and contribute to proposals.
