Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking a Senior HCM & Workforce Management Consultant to help clients improve workforce processes, staffing, scheduling, and change adoption. This remote, project-based role supports two engagements with intermittent travel to Toledo, OH, and hands-on work across HCM and WFM platforms such as Workday, UKG/Kronos, and symplr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, healthcare administration, information systems, organizational development, nursing, or related field.
• Senior-level experience in HCM, WFM, workforce transformation, staffing and scheduling, HR transformation, change management, or related consulting work.
• Ability to quickly understand a client environment, build trust, and contribute with minimal ramp‑up time.
• Experience leading workstreams and working directly with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to HCM and WFM workstreams across two client engagements.
• Support initiatives spanning Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Attendance, Staffing & Scheduling, and Leave Management.
• Assess workforce processes and translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable recommendations.
• Help harmonize staffing, scheduling, and workforce policies and practices.
• Partner with HR, Operations, IT, Finance, and frontline or clinical stakeholders.
• Work alongside change management leadership to support stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements discussions, and client working sessions.
• Develop practical process documentation, training resources, and implementation deliverables.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing across HCM and WFM workstreams.
• Proactively manage priorities, risks, and dependencies across both client engagements.
