Job summary

Connect Centric, LLC. is seeking a Project Manager to lead the payroll workstream within a client’s HCM initiatives, focusing on UKG and Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years delivering enterprise HCM/payroll initiatives.
• Experience leading payroll initiatives in UKG and Workday, including planning and integration coordination.
• Hands-on experience with payroll testing, data validation, security, reporting, and readiness.
• Proficiency using UKG/Workday for delivery, reporting, and coordination across stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with PMOs, vendors, and partners to meet business and compliance needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll workstream planning and execution across UKG and Workday.
• Maintain payroll workstream plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate payroll workstream meetings and communicate progress to leadership.
• Coordinate with payroll, HR, finance, IT, vendors, and partners to align scope and priorities.
• Support payroll cutover, implementation readiness, and post‑go-live stabilization.
