Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior HCM Analytics & BI Developer to support a large-scale federal HCM modernization project deploying Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across agencies.

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise analytics, dashboards, and reporting that provide real‑time workforce insights for government leaders and HR stakeholders. The role is largely remote with potential on-site in Reston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience required.
• 10+ years in BI development, analytics, or enterprise reporting.
• Experience with HR analytics and large HR/HCM data models.
• Proficiency in Oracle OTBI, BIP, Oracle Fusion HCM analytics.
• Ability to design and deliver interactive dashboards with drill-downs.

Responsibilities

• Develop OTBI analyses and dashboards delivering real-time workforce metrics.
• Build BIP reports/templates for EHRI submissions and HR reporting.
• Create OAC dashboards with predictive analytics and cross-agency comparisons.
• Configure HCM Extracts for analytics pipelines and data warehouse feeds.
• Produce org charts and workforce exploration tools; enable self-service reporting.
• Develop compliance reporting for DEIA, MD-715, FEVS and accountability.
• Ensure accessibility (Section 508/WCAG 2.1) across analytics products.
• Mentor team members and translate requirements into technical specs.
