Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Senior Oracle Integration & API Engineer to design, build, and sustain integration flows between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and federal HR systems across agencies. You will leverage OIC, REST/JSON, OAuth 2.0, and OpenAPI 3.0 to meet uptime SLAs.

Based primarily remote with potential on-site Reston reporting as needed, you will lead technical standards, guide multiple workstreams, and mentor teams in a large federal modernization program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years in integration development, API engineering, or middleware.
• 8+ years with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle SOA Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integration interfaces between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and federal HR systems.
• Engineer bidirectional payroll integration interfaces with federal providers.
• Build and configure integration flows using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and adapters.
• Implement endpoints through the federal APIM gateway with OAuth 2.0, REST/JSON, OpenAPI 3.0.
• Develop monitoring dashboards, alerting, and automated error recovery workflows.
• Create ICDs, data mapping specifications, and API documentation using OpenAPI 3.0.
