Job summary

Housecall Pro is hiring a Senior Product Manager II to drive net new customer acquisition, onboarding, adoption, and retention of our products. You will work with Engineering and Design daily to identify problems, test hypotheses, and ship world-class software quickly.

You will guide a growth-focused product team, balance business and customer needs, and leverage AI tooling to improve efficiency and outcomes across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record of leading growth/PLG initiatives.
• Experience with Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly and experimentation.
• Expertise in agile development and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to align teams around a strategic vision and execute.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform direction.
• Develop, prioritize, and test hypotheses based on impact and feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate impactful solutions.
• Partner with go-to-market teams on pricing and risk strategies.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and roadmap development.
• Drive product development with Engineering to deliver features.
• Oversee launches and coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Support.
• Monitor performance and iterate quickly using data-driven insights.
