Ruby Labs Ltd seeks a highly experienced Senior Growth Product Manager to optimize our web funnel from initial interaction to purchase in a dynamic B2C environment. You will own growth initiatives, design experiments, and drive top-of-funnel acquisition with a data-driven mindset.

Collaborating with design, engineering, and data science, you will lead AB testing, define quarterly KPIs, and manage cross-functional roadmaps to improve CR and LTV across our consumer funnel.

Formación

• Proven experience with web funnel optimization in a B2C environment.
• 4+ years of growth product management experience, specializing in B2C subscription models.
• Ability to define, run, and analyze AB tests for web funnels.
• Experience leading growth initiatives with focus on improving CR and LTV.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including design, development, and data science.

Responsabilidades

• Funnel Optimization: Define and implement hypotheses to improve conversion rate and LTV within the web funnel.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze competitive environment and user behavior to propose growth strategies.
• Testing Roadmap: Run a robust testing roadmap with quarterly KPIs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to execute optimization strategies.
• Agile Ceremonies: Support engineering in daily standups, grooming, planning, and retrospectives.
• Ownership of Results: Lead growth processes from hypothesis to implementation and evaluation.
• UA Collaboration: Coordinate with UA team to optimize from first interaction to payment.
• User Pain Points: Understand user pain points to guide growth strategies.
