BioRender is seeking a Growth Product Manager to identify and ship growth experiments that boost activation, engagement, retention, and revenue. You’ll work with engineering, design, data science, and product leadership to translate data into bold, measurable product changes.

You will own end-to-end growth initiatives, reduce onboarding friction, and help scientists discover BioRender’s expanding AI-powered figure creation and graphing capabilities.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or product-led growth.
• Proven track record of shipping product improvements impacting adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, or revenue.
• Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing product data to inform decisions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and translate them into action.
• Strong execution skills with experience shipping initiatives with engineering teams.
• Nice to have: AI-powered products, usage-based pricing, or credit-based monetization.
• Nice to have: background in life sciences or products for scientists.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using product data, user research, and experimentation to improve activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Develop and test strategies to help users discover and adopt BioRender's AI-powered figure creation and graphing capabilities.
• Own growth experiments end to end: form hypotheses, define success metrics, partner with engineering and design to launch experiments, analyze results, and decide what to ship, iterate on, or stop.
• Identify friction in onboarding, product discovery, and conversion, and build solutions that help users reach value faster and adopt more of BioRender.
• Develop initiatives that improve product usage, self-serve revenue, and qualified lead generation for the enterprise business.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and other teams to align on priorities and deliver initiatives that support broader company goals.
• Define requirements, prioritize work, manage scope and trade-offs, and keep projects moving from concept to launch.
• Bring forward new ideas, size opportunities, and use data and product judgment to help shape the Growth team's roadmap.
