Mainspring Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for grid-scale deployments (10 MW+). You will own system architecture, interfaces, interconnection strategies, and cost estimates to drive execution from concept to contract.

You will engage utilities, IPPs, data centers, and EPC partners, shaping technical solutions and pricing while ensuring design integrity and delivery readiness for large-scale projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in engineering.
• 7+ years in sales engineering or FEED/cost estimating in electrical power systems.
• Experience with grid-scale (10 MW+) generation or storage projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop plant-level system architecture, layouts, and cost estimates from concept through handoff.
• Define technical approaches, MV configurations, and grid-interconnection strategies.
• Prepare complete proposal packages and manage risk in pricing and scope.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, controls, and project management to ensure execution readiness.
