Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a senior solutions architect to drive design strategy for high-priority government pursuits. You will craft scalable architectures, participate in RFI/RFP responses, and mentor junior architects while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities include collaborating with capture managers, delivering whitepapers, and guiding cross-functional teams across time zones to ensure compliant, win-ready proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of professional IT experience including solution development.
• Experience with government IT landscapes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, extensible IT solutions for government pursuits.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs including whitepapers and concept work.
• Develop estimation models and pricing strategies for proposals.
• Mentor architects and align solutions with business needs.
• Collaborate with capture managers to shape opportunities pre-RFP.
• Translate client requirements into architecture views and deliverables.
