Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to support the Intelligence Sector in the Washington, DC area. You will lead cradle-to-grave contract management, proposal development, and risk assessment for a diverse government portfolio.

The role requires extensive experience with FAR/DFAR contracts, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently within cross-functional teams. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Requires BA degree and 12+ years of experience or Master's with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience with Government (FAR/DFAR) contracting: FP, T&M, CPAF, CPFF, LOE, IDIQ, GSA.
• Proficient with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to solicit and process complex information to solve problems and make decisions.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cradle-to-grave contract management and administration.
• Perform RFP analysis and lead proposal development including terms and conditions.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate internal reviews with teams.
• Identify and mitigate contract risks in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with program teams and external customers as needed.
• Represent Leidos during negotiations and contract administration.
