Job summary

RemotelyTalents is seeking two Senior Google Ads Strategists to own portfolios of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts. You will manage 20–30 accounts with budgets of $2,000–$4,000 per month each, making independent day-to-day decisions and providing weekly analyses for priority accounts.

We value problem-solving, proactive action, and clear documentation, with overlap of at least four hours with US Eastern Time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience and strong Search campaign expertise.
• Experience generating leads for local or service businesses.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts independently; agency or freelance experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Own account strategy and execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Monitor performance, lead quality, and cost per lead; track conversions accurately.
• Investigate root causes of performance changes, from tracking to bidding and landing pages.
