Job summary

Stryker Digital, LLC is expanding its Google Ads team and seeks a strategist to own end-to-end paid search campaigns for home service clients. You will manage a portfolio from onboarding to optimization, working directly with business owners to deliver measurable ROI and renewals.

This remote role offers growth in a fast-scaling department, collaboration with a veteran paid media director, and opportunities to shape strategy as the department grows.

Qualifications

• Google Ads experience required, preferably with local service businesses or an agency.
• Client-facing calls, objections handling, and relationship building.
• Demonstrated ability to stretch budgets, drive conversions, and scale effective campaigns.
• Detail-oriented with ability to juggle multiple accounts and polished communications (Slack, reports).
• Growth-minded and eager to own and scale high-performing teams and campaigns.
• Bonus: familiarity with GoHighLevel, GA4, Monday.com, and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts via Slack, video, and email.
• Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, LSA).
• Guide new clients through onboarding and coordinate with internal teams to launch campaigns.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with clients and discuss strategy and upsell when appropriate.
• Present data to highlight business outcomes, not just vanity metrics.
• Coordinate with landing page designers, conversion tracking specialists, and leadership.
