Job summary

RemotelyTalents is seeking two Senior Google Ads Strategists to own portfolios of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts. You’ll manage 20–30 small-budget accounts, typically $2k–$4k monthly per account, with authority to decide and explain impact.

Remote role based in Europe, with required overlap to US Eastern Time and potential performance bonuses up to 10% of annual salary. The position emphasizes proactive problem solving, documentation, and collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with strong search campaigns for local/service businesses.
• Google Ads as primary specialization; ability to manage Microsoft Ads accounts.
• Experience independently managing multiple accounts; agency or freelance experience is relevant.
• Strong analytical judgment with small budgets and low conversions.
• Confidence diagnosing conversion tracking issues and using analytics tools.
• Clear documentation habits and ability to explain decisions.
• Strong English for team collaboration and client emails.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with ownership and feedback.
• Availability for at least four hours overlap with US Eastern Time (7am–4pm ET).

Responsibilities

• Account strategy and execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Proactive performance monitoring of lead volume, CPL, lead quality, and tracking.
• Root-cause analysis of performance issues (tracking, queries, bidding, pages, seasonality).
• Weekly account reviews with written analysis and revision plans.
• Use year-over-year comparisons to assess seasonal performance.
• Document changes and develop SOPs for repeatable solutions.
