Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a senior Google Ads strategist to own end-to-end client campaigns for DTC and ecommerce. You are the direct point of contact, present results and plans, and defend decisions with data.

Audit overhauls, manage Brand and Non-brand strategies, PMax and Shopping, GA4/GTM, and landing page optimization. Remote role with US Eastern hours; you lead with accountability and impact.

Qualifications

• You have hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Proven CPA, ROAS, revenue improvements with documented changes.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax campaigns, not just search.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist and client contact.
• Direct client communication and accountability for results.
• Audit accounts before touching them and present findings via Loom.
• Run Brand and Non-brand as separate campaigns and report them separately.
• Understand what PMax is actually doing and separate branded from incremental volume.
• Keep Google's automation in check by auditing auto suggestions and assets.
• Own the feed, including Merchant Center hygiene and product data.
• Own tracking setups (GA4, GTM, Shopify imports) and reconciliation.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and fix creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, and checkout.
• Build required assets: landing pages, scripts, and reporting; leverage AI for velocity.
