Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field, required.
8+ years of relevant experience in pharma, life sciences or related industry.
3+ years in a drug development project management role (development or clinical).
Experience with NDA/BLA/MAA filings desirable.
Fluent in English; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Provide program-level leadership for complex global drug development programs.
Organize and lead cross-functional team meetings; manage project plans and budgets.
Deliver clear program status updates and risk assessments to senior management.
Develop integrated cross-functional plans with budgets and resource plans.
Identify risks, constraints, and mitigation strategies; coordinate with partners.
