Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in pharma, life sciences or related industry.
• 3+ years in a drug development project management role (development or clinical).
• Experience with NDA/BLA/MAA filings desirable.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide program-level leadership for complex global drug development programs.
• Organize and lead cross-functional team meetings; manage project plans and budgets.
• Deliver clear program status updates and risk assessments to senior management.
• Develop integrated cross-functional plans with budgets and resource plans.
• Identify risks, constraints, and mitigation strategies; coordinate with partners.
