Job summary

Uniphar Development is seeking a Senior Director of Program Management and Planning to lead long-term program strategies across the US division. This role manages program managers, aligns with corporate strategy, and acts as a senior advisory to project teams on complex drug development programs.

The position requires PMP certification, a Bachelor's degree, and 15+ years in biotech/pharma with 10+ in PM and 5+ in line management. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required for lead program management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 15+ years in biotech/pharma or clinical/research environments.
• At least 10 years of program management in a leadership role; 5+ years of line management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements standard program management policies and procedures.
• Manages large, long-term projects and coordinates cross-functional teams.
• Forecasts budgets and tracks progress against milestones and contracts.
• Provides risk analysis and CAPA strategies; reports to senior management.
