BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a Global Clinical Process Management Senior Specialist to coordinate process leads and senior GCPM leadership, enabling timely decision-making and governance alignment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in pharma/biotech, fluent English, and strong MS Office skills. This is a remote (US) position with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology sectors preferred.
• Fluent in English (oral and written) and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP standards and document governance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate support to Process Leads and senior GCPM leadership.
• Assist with document review, approvals, and governance tracking.
• Prepare project plans, status reviews, and stakeholder materials.
• Support change management communications under guidance.
