Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an experienced program and study management professional to drive operational excellence across the P&SM function and to influence global clinical operations strategy.

You will lead initiative management, optimize processes, and collaborate with GCO teams to ensure patient safety, data integrity, and compliant study execution. Strong leadership and 10+ years in clinical/development are expected.

Qualifications

• BS or higher degrees in life science fields; 10+ years in clinical or drug development in biotech/pharma/CRO
• Fluent written and verbal English; 10+ years in clinical/drug development
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and related tools

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead process improvements in operational practices for P&SM and GCO teams
• Define and implement strategies and priorities with global study teams; track results
• Present strategic recommendations to BeOne senior management; contribute to training plans for project management skills
