Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Chain to lead drug supply activities for clinical programs in a remote US setting. You will develop supply plans, manage GMP inventory, coordinate label and pack with CMOs, and ensure timely patient supply while minimizing risk and waste.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s in business/ops and at least 5 years in biotech/pharma supply chains, with strong cross-functional communication and process improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain within biotech/pharma/CRO sectors.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Clinical Supply Chain on study teams to deliver high service to internal stakeholders.
• Create supply and inventory plans and develop production schedules for clinical materials.
• Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans to minimize waste and ensure patient supply.
• Oversee label and pack activities with CMOs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support IRT testing and coordinate bulk shipments to CMOs, depots, and vendors.
