Sedgwick is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and operate production Generative AI agents and workflows. You will own the end-to-end stream from problem shaping with stakeholders to deployment, monitoring, and improvement in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Six or more years of software engineering experience with production Generative AI is expected.

Responsibilities

• Owns a build stream end to end within a pod, including design, implementation, production operation, and instrumentation.
• Designs, builds, and operates production Generative AI agents, workflows, and applications.
• Develops full-stack software in Python and React, shipping service and UI for business users.
• Owns deployment on AWS with Terraform IaC and CI/CD via GitHub Actions.
• Implements evaluation, observability, and human-in-the-loop controls for AI systems.
