ICF International is seeking a Manager, Gas Markets to lead North American natural gas market analyses and client engagements. The role blends technical modeling with advisory delivery across basins, demand sectors, and LNG/pipeline considerations.

The Manager will mentor analysts, oversee GMM-driven forecasts, and collaborate with power, economics, and regulatory teams to provide decision-ready insights for public and private-sector clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of North American natural gas fundamentals and market analysis experience.
• Experience using a natural gas market model or similar forecasting framework.
• Experience leading analytical projects, coordinating contributors, and delivering client outputs.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency with AI tools for data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects or major workstreams and mentor analysts.
• Translate model results into client-ready insights on prices, demand, and storage.
• Develop assumptions and scenarios using the GMM and improve workflows.
• Present methods and results clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across energy and economics.
• Design analytical approaches, manage schedules, and ensure QA/QC.
