Job summary

Ravenwake Games is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive planning, management and completion of Operations projects across the organization and its affiliates. You will provide delivery leadership to multiple shared services teams and game teams, focusing on platforms, tooling, infrastructure and cross-studio programs rather than feature delivery in a single game.

The ideal candidate is technically fluent, collaborates with diverse stakeholders, and brings structure, visibility and risk

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior project or program management experience in technical or software-driven organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP or CSM certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-team, shared-services initiatives.
• Experience with budget planning, ROI analysis.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, infrastructure, and technical delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex projects across multiple teams and time zones.
• Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans; manage schedules and quality.
• Mentor other project managers and establish standardized PM processes and tools.
