Job summary

New Left Accelerator is seeking a Senior Fundraising Manager to provide temporary, hands-on fundraising coordination, grant proposals and reports, data tracking, and executive support. The role works closely with the Executive Director across NLA and The Capacity Shop to advance priorities and secure funding.

The position is remote within the United States, temporary (non-exempt), with hours typically 30–40 per week. Compensation is hourly, $44.70–$52.16, with some travel possible.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of fundraising experience including foundation fundraising and grant management.
• Strong commitment to social justice and movement-building work.
• Experience developing accurate grant proposals, reports, and funder-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and finalize grant and major-donor proposals and renewal requests.
• Coordinate with Finance & Operations to reflect grant budgets in narratives.
• Maintain Airtable to track proposals, deadlines, and reports.
• Lead weekly Fundraising meetings.
• Prepare funder-facing briefing materials and collateral.
• Write annual impact reports and donor acknowledgments.
