Job summary

Syms Strategic Group (SSG) seeks a Senior Functional Analyst to lead requirements capture for software development teams. You will collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to elaborate and document requirements in an ALM tool, and manage them through the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a strong software development background, extensive SAFe/Agile experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Must have strong background in software development and Agile/SAFe methodologies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey complex topics to diverse audiences.
Attention to detail, customer service, and problem solving are essential.
Experience leading requirements gathering and working with ALM tools.

Responsibilities

Lead capture of business requirements for software development teams.
Document requirements in an ALM tool and manage them throughout the lifecycle.
Perform Agile requirement management and backlog refinement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and specify functional and technical requirements.
Create and maintain project documents and traceability across requirements, test cases, and risks.
