Responsibilities

• Lead capture of business requirements for software development teams
• Collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to elaborate and document requirements in an ALM tool
• Manage requirements in an ALM tool
• Perform Agile requirement management activities for a product team
• Analyze user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements
• Conduct user interviews, facilitate sessions, and develop process models and specs
• Gather and document requirements from customers, team members, and stakeholders
• Elaborate user stories and backlog items with acceptance criteria
• Use JIRA for requirements management, testing, and defect management
• Track system and business requirements and validate integration
• Conduct backlog refinement sessions
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers to assess impact on solutions
• Manage and coordinate requirements for projects
• Write and deliver project documents to the client
• Identify and manage risks and issues
• Maintain project/product backlogs and change control
• Develop change requests per policies
• Facilitate configuration management for artifacts
• Ensure traceability among requirements, tests, risks
• Report execution status and metrics across SAFe lifecycle
• Identify tasks and interrelationships for well-documented stories
• Become a product SME
• Mentor junior analysts
• Establish relationships with product owners
• Support development team to understand requirements
• Follow Scrum and deliver for Sprint teams
• Remove impediments to complete Sprints
• Provide qualitative and quantitative information to teams
• Support change control processes
