• Solid frontend and backend development experience as per stack.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end products: define specs, scope, build, ship, and measure metrics.
• Direct line to product to decide weekly priorities and what to build.
• Lead a team of agents; review code and maintain quality above company average.
• Own production health: bugs, incidents, test coverage, and long-term codebase shape.
• Improve speed metrics: lead time, throughput, and cycle time with targets.
• Push back with reasoning and run small experiments when necessary.
