Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior software engineer to lead mobile and web initiatives, delivering high-impact experiences. You will own architecture for React Native and native (Swift/Kotlin) features, coordinate launches, and maintain reliability in production environments.

You will collaborate across product, design, and analytics, implement experimentation and analytics instrumentation, and drive safe rollouts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience leading mobile initiatives (React Native or native).
• Experience shipping web apps with React or Vue.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team and guide engineers through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics to align technical constraints with business goals.
• Identify and lead solutions to project, process, technology, or business issues.
• Support operations and availability of team artifacts, monitor metrics, and participate in on-call efforts.
• Establish and promote code review and design standards across the team.
