Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Scala or another functional programming language.
• Full-stack development across frontend, backend, APIs, data, and integrations.
• Experience developing with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools.
• Ability to manage up and develop leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop software across multiple projects and languages.
• Maintain existing systems and deliver new features in a full-stack capacity.
• Translate customer, product, and business workflow needs into technical solutions.
• Prototype new products and integrations, including reference implementations.
• Design and implement maintainable APIs, UI features, and supporting services.
• Create and maintain clear documentation and technical decisions.
• Write unit, functional, and automated tests and maintain release confidence.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, design, coding, debugging, and testing while validating output.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Follow agile processes with iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
• Communicate clearly with engineering, product, solutions, sales, and other stakeholders.
