SOUND DECISIONS is hiring a Software Engineer to join a small, high-trust engineering team for a front-end heavy full-stack role. You will own front-end features end-to-end using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Vite, with occasional backend exposure and collaboration with a backend-leaning team.

This 100% remote role offers mentorship, autonomy, and the chance to shape the front-end practice, with roughly two weeks of travel per year for in-person gatherings; candidates near Salt Lake City,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Strong autonomy and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with front-end UX/UI and integrating with backend services.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools used responsibly.
