Job summary

Empat is staffing engineers for a US consultancy partner delivering an AI development program for a large enterprise client. This isn’t a greenfield project— you’d join mid-flight across a full stack (React/TypeScript + Python/FastAPI) alongside the client’s architects to shape evolving requirements.

Qualifications

Strong commercial experience with React + TypeScript (front end).
Strong commercial experience with Python + FastAPI (back end).
Genuine full-stack capability— you’re comfortable owning a feature end to end.
Located in the United States.
Available to start in October and commit through the end of the year.
Comfortable working in an environment where the spec is evolving.

Responsibilities

Work across the full stack— both front end and back end, not one or the other.
Pick up and extend an existing codebase.
Work directly with the client’s solution and business architects, alongside the partner’s development and architecture team.
Contribute to a product where requirements are still being defined— you’ll be part of shaping them, not just implementing tickets.
