Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Python Developer (Fullstack, Backend-Heavy) to join client teams as a core software architect. You will design, scale, and maintain high-throughput backend systems while delivering front-end interfaces with TypeScript and React.js.

The role emphasizes strong Python expertise, async programming, and experience with FastAPI or Django REST Framework, plus CI/CD and cloud deployments on AWS or Azure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production Python experience including async programming.
• Deep knowledge of FastAPI or Django REST Framework.
• Proficient in frontend with TypeScript and React.js (or Vue.js).
• Experience with Celery, Redis, or RabbitMQ for background processing.
• Strong PostgreSQL and ORM skills (SQLAlchemy or Django ORM).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy robust Python backends and responsive frontend applications.
• Design self-documenting RESTful or GraphQL APIs that serve as stable contracts for the frontend.
• Profile, benchmark, and optimize Python applications for performance and memory usage.
• Conduct detailed peer code reviews, enforce type hints, and uphold PEP 8 standards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX designers, and engineers to translate requirements into milestones.
