Job summary

3Pillar Global is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to modernize our core platform. You will own features end-to-end with a Python backend, a React frontend on AWS, and tackle technical debt at scale for a global customer base.

You’ll design scalable AI-driven workflows, collaborate with product and engineering leaders, participate in code reviews, and shape our remote-first engineering culture with Copilot-guided development and strong testing practices.

Qualifications

• Senior-level software engineering with strong Python and distributed systems.
• Own features from design through production with minimal supervision.
• Deep understanding of system design and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Craft client code that is efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and high quality.
• Ensure code is secure through SCA and remediation.
• Provide status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project tools.
• Gather requirements and create documentation.
• Design and implement scalable AI workflows using LLMs with reliability and observability.
• Build frontend features in React and backend services at scale.
• Work in an AI-driven workflow with spec-driven development and Copilot.
