Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a 100% remote, full-time role building enterprise software across the United States. You will contribute to high-impact products using PHP/Laravel, Vue.js, and MySQL, while owning significant architecture and technical direction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong full stack web development experience.
• Experience building and maintaining enterprise‑grade applications.
• Working knowledge of PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, and MySQL or comparable technologies such as React, Node.js, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience participating in code reviews and software design discussions.
• Experience creating technical specifications and delivering complex features end to end.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
