Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for the Wisconsin Medicaid Market. You will own end-to-end solutions across front-end, back-end, data, and hosting, partnering with IT leadership to drive platform standards and modernization.

We value hands-on leadership, mentorship, and responsible use of Humana-approved AI tooling to accelerate delivery while maintaining security and HIPAA compliance across two independent technology stacks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years designing, developing, and testing software applications and/or infrastructure.
• 2–5 years hands-on with .NET, SQL Server, Windows-based services.
• Experience developing cloud-based solutions, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on design and delivery of applications across Wisconsin Medicaid Market.
• Work across multiple core administration platforms and services.
• Identify and address technical debt and reliability gaps.
• Support modernization with automation and repeatability.
• Partner with IT leadership to align with enterprise standards.
• Ensure security/compliance incl. HIPAA in delivery pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and coach on delivery practices and AI tooling.
