Job summary

iT1 is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, deliver, and support features across the full stack of the AchieveDXP platform. This senior IC will translate ambiguous business and technical requirements into secure, production-ready solutions and mentor others as the engineering organization grows.

You will work with React/TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, a Rust network-proxy layer, and Azure Kubernetes environments, building AI-enabled capabilities and robust CI/CD practices

Qualifications

• Six+ years in production software with full-stack ownership.
• Experience delivering AI/LLM features to production.
• Proficiency with TS/JS/React/Node.js and PostgreSQL.
• Cloud-native development with containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Ability to communicate complex tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Based in the United States and authorized to work here.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support features across the full stack (React/TS, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Rust).
• Own major platform components from architecture to deployment and monitoring.
• Develop AI-enabled capabilities including LLM features and retrieval-augmented workflows.
• Maintain secure, multi-tenant services in Azure Kubernetes with Helm, Terraform, ArgoCD, and CI/CD.
• Contribute to architecture, standards, reviews, and documentation; mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with product, implementation, and customer-facing teams to meet user and business needs.
• Support redesign and scaling of AchieveDXP for broader programs.
