Job summary

HireLATAM is seeking a deeply experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to take complete architectural and execution ownership of a core SaaS platform. This high-autonomy role demands strategic thinking, strong backend and frontend mastery, and the ability to design scalable, robust systems for a global client base.

The position is fully remote from Latin America, with a base salary of $30,000–$40,000 USD per year plus an annual performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer / Backend Architect / Lead Software Engineer.
• Extensive backend mastery with Node.js ecosystems and NestJS; strong PostgreSQL or equivalent ORM experience.
• 9+ years of production frontend work with React.js including hooks, state management, and responsive design.
• Experience deploying cross‑platform apps with React Native and Expo; familiarity with iOS/Android specifics.
• Hands-on experience with automation tooling (n8n, Zapier, Make) and webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Own architectural direction and full-stack execution for the core SaaS platform.
• Lead cross-functional efforts across API development, UI, security, and data pipelines.
• Architect scalable, maintainable code and robust infrastructure to support growth.
• Drive platform maintenance, monitoring, and security best practices.
