Qualifications

• 5+ years building reliable, performant applications and microservices.
• Full stack fluency across frontend, backend and database layers.
• Polyglot mindset; familiarity with Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, Node.js or React.js.
• Experience with distributed systems or multi-tenant SaaS is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and own scalable SaaS applications end-to-end — frontend, backend and data layers.
• Design future-ready architectures and close gaps before they become problems.
• Improve system availability and performance across the stack.
• Champion shift-left testing and embed unit, integration and contract tests.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into intuitive UI.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
