United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Java Senior Engineer to design, develop, and scale backend services used by millions of users. The role focuses on building robust APIs with enterprise frameworks in a fully remote setting based in Latin America.

You will collaborate with a growing engineering team, evaluate technologies, and ensure scalable, high-performance backend infrastructure. English proficiency required; compensation is USD with benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience with enterprise class frameworks (such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, Spring or any other Java enterprise class frameworks)
• Deep expertise in designing and building robust APIs
• Practical experience with open source technologies and products
• Self-driven and motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for problem solving
• Professional English proficiency (B2/C1)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test robust Java APIs
• Evaluate multiple approaches and technologies to solving a problem
• Understand data pipeline needs and work with product managers to find solutions
• Compensation commensurate with experience and candidate potential.
