Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field; graduate degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years of accounting/finance experience with working knowledge of GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own freight payables processing, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Lead month-end close activities with variance analysis.
• Monitor credits and funds owed; partner with Treasury on cash optimization.
• Design and deliver reporting and metrics for issue resolution.
• Drive cross-functional issue resolution with clear communication.
