Job summary

The Ladders is seeking a Senior FP&A Solutions Analyst to join our finance team, focusing on scalable models, integrated planning, and robust reporting for forecasting and budgeting cycles. Remote - US-based candidates only.

You will partner with Finance, HR, IT and other stakeholders to drive data integrity, system enhancements, and documentation across a matrixed organization, shaping reliable planning operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A, or business systems with a focus on system improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proficiency in enterprise financial tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance scalable financial models and reporting processes for key planning cycles.
• Audit and improve data integrity across financial systems by designing controls and investigating issues.
• Support system evolution initiatives, including upgrades and new integrations, through all phases of development.
• Maintain and evolve documentation related to financial systems to support knowledge sharing.
• Oversee financial systems projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Foster collaboration across Finance, HR, IT, and other departments for project success.
