Job summary

Welocalize, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to modernize FP&A data usage across Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, Redshift, Power BI, and Excel.

The role is hands-on, partnering with FP&A and central Data Analytics teams to design scalable data pipelines, driver-based analyses, and AI-assisted reporting that drives strategic finance decisions. Excellent Python/SQL skills, a strong Excel background, and the ability to communicate complex findings to executives are essential

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in data analytics or FP&A-focused roles.
• Hands-on with SQL, Python, and data transformation.
• Experience building reporting and dashboards end-to-end (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Familiarity with multi-system data environments and data quality challenges.
• Fluent English; able to interact with global stakeholders in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Understand reporting, analytical, and planning processes and identify fundamental changes.
• Reverse-engineer complex workbooks and manual processes to source data and logic.
• Design and build automated solutions using SQL, Python, ETL, APIs, and AI tools.
• Develop driver-based analysis and proactive exception monitoring workflows.
• Create AI-assisted, interactive HTML reporting tools and dashboards.
