Job summary

Welocalize, Inc. seeks a Senior Data Analyst to modernize FP&A data usage, analytics, and automation. You will work closely with Finance leadership and central Data teams to design pipelines, dashboards, and AI-assisted reporting that scales across multiple systems and data sources.

You will lead data-driven initiatives, develop driver-based analyses, and help build an FP&A AI repository to support reliable, auditable processes in a fully remote, global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building data-driven FP&A solutions.
• Hands-on data manipulation across systems.
• Strong SQL and Python capabilities for data pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted reporting and automation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Reverse‑engineer complex Excel workbooks and workflows.
• Design automated data pipelines and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics and Data Engineering on standards.
• Build AI-assisted reporting tools and proactive monitoring.
• Translate findings into actionable FP&A insights for leadership.
