Welo Global is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help modernize how our FP&A organization uses data, analytics, and automation. You’ll report to the FP&A Director and partner with central Data Analytics and Data Engineering teams on infrastructure and standards.

You’ll tackle complex, multi-system data, design automated pipelines, build AI-assisted reporting, and translate analytics into actionable insights for Finance leadership. This is a fully remote, international role.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, and building automated analytics solutions.
• Ability to design dashboards and reporting experiences across BI platforms.

Responsabilités

• Partner with FP&A leadership to understand current reporting and planning processes and identify needed changes.
• Reverse-engineer complex data sources and automate data pipelines.
• Design and build automated solutions using SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, APIs, and modern AI tools.
• Work with multi-system datasets to resolve data quality, mapping, and grain issues.
• Create driver-based analyses and proactive exception monitoring.
• Develop AI-assisted, interactive HTML reports and dashboards.
